By purchasing any products from our website you agree that you are at least 18 years of age.
Shipping Policy
Upon receiving your order we will ship wines via Australia Post Wine and you should receive your order within 5-10 business days. ID will be required to accept delivery of the wines. In the unlikely event that any wine is damaged/broken during transport or you receive an incorrect order, we will resend the wine at no additional cost. We will avoid shipping wine during heat waves or very warm weather, so please note that this could affect delivery times.
Guarantee, Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products, if you were not satisfied with the quality we will offer a replacement or refund. Please contact Stuart at stuart@craftvsscience.com.au. Refunds and replacements will be negotiated with the customer upon dissatisfaction.
If multiples of the same product (same vintage and variety) were purchased, customer will be required to return the extra bottles before a refund or replacement is organised for all bottles of dissatisfaction.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order, i.e. incorrect delivery, damage or wine fault, please email stuart@craftvsscience.com.au and we will endeavour to solve the problem or provide you with a refund.
If wine is to be returned for a refund, return freight will be at the customers cost. The refund will be processed within 7 days of the receipt of the wine back to our office in Nuriootpa, Barossa Valley for the remaining bottles, minus original freight cost.
Responsibility of storage and care of the wine becomes the purchaser's after delivery so we do not take any responsibility for lost, damaged or poorly stored wine after the point of delivery. Refunds or Exchanges will not be made in this situation.

Any information you provide to us will be kept strictly confidential. Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties and will be used for processing orders and for keeping you informed via email newsletters.

Referral Program
Our referral program is designed to reward our loyal customers who encourage their friends or colleagues to purchase wine from Craft vs Science Boutique Wines.
Existing customers are eligible for a 10% discount on their next order if they refer a new customer to Craft vs Science Boutique Wines. Existing customers must be on our mailing list or a regular purchaser of Craft vs Science Boutique Wines. The new referred customer must make a wine purchase for the referrer to be eligible for the discount.
Only one discount applies per new referred customer. If the referrer wishes to be eligible for another discount, they must refer another new customer to Craft vs Science Boutique Wines, who then makes a wine purchase. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or specials.

While diligence has and will be taken to ensure the accuracy of the content within this website, Craft vs Science Boutique Wines reserves the right to amend or refuse any order placed for any reason (i.e. incorrect description, incorrect price, etc).
