Another beautiful release from our wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon single vineyard. This year saw concentration in flavour and aroma, richness and finesse. Intense aromatics of blackberry, mulberry, blueberry, raspberry, sweet spices and toasty oak. The palate is generous and intense with a long, elegant finish. This wine was made in extremely limited quantities and is one not to be missed. A very long life ahead of it in the cellar, if it lasts that long!
Perfect with hearty lamb roast, stews, spiced indian curries and hearty winter dishes.
